What electrical work needs
Electrical work that legally requires a Part P building regulations sign-off is stated plainly by the company; a fixed price follows a survey, and hidden wiring or board conditions change the assessment; what can be judged without an inspection is limited, and the site says so plainly. This is the industry caveat that governs every estimate on these pages.
Timescales
Times and durations shown on the site come from past jobs. They are indicative, not commitments, and depend on what the survey finds.
The map
The contact page contains a Google map supplied by a third party. We do not control its content, routing accuracy or availability and give no undertaking for it.
The website itself
These pages describe the company and its field of work. They are not an offer and not advice; a described service becomes a job only through the contract route set out in the terms of business.
