Yes — condition checks are a normal job for us, though judgement of hidden wiring stays limited until panels and routes are opened.
Do you guarantee the wiring for years?
Blanket guarantees are not offered. Test results, certificates and the written scope are what stand behind the work.
How is pricing handled?
In writing, as a fixed price against the surveyed scope. Verbal numbers are never given.
